We enjoy the quiet, and feels right at home. The location definitely passed our expectation. We will definitely refer and come back to this place.

This place is gorgeous and the lanai is over the ocean! It’s a great location on the west side of the island for a good price that doesn’t break the bank. Recommend staying if you’re booking in the area.
beautiful view, unit definitely needed some upgrading as other reviews said. bed sheets were stained, we even used our own money to wash them with no change. that was gross, but everything else was great. very quiet chill building

Enjoyable stay in a basic studio condo on the 8th floor. Great views looking across Pailolo Channel towards East Molokai. Every day continuous Humpback whale sightings right from the lanai, as well as Honu turtles at the shoreline right below. Kitchen was a bit on the small size but adequate for basic meals prep. Host communications were excellent.
The location was awesome! Great to enjoy the ocean and morning coffee as soon as I rolled out of bed each morning. Whales and rainbows! Wow!
The views from the lanai definitely do not disappoint. We saw turtles the whole time from our room. It was a great stay!
Unfortunately we stayed during the Lahaina fires and everything was just out of control. On our second night we had no electricity and we contacted them about it and no answer even thought it was out of their control, we also messaged them about checking in and we had no answer. We saw it was read by them too which was kind of odd. If the fires didn’t happen I still believe it was a great place to stay, wonderful views, right next to beach, supplies for the beach, and other amenities. Checking out was the hard part because of the fires but we somehow made it worked. Just wish they were a little more communicative because we almost didn’t have a place to stay and almost had to sleep in our car like the residents did. I can’t really complain because this is just a horrific situation for everyone on the island.
The head of the shower was not working, we called and nobody answered, it was hard to takr bath…everything else was perfect
The unit was clean but needs major updates. The refrigerator was keeping us up at night. The fans and bed frame was full of dust and dirt. Needs swiffer. The sink was loose and needs maintenance.
Still can’t get over that gorgeous view from the room! This stay is also very close to some of the best beaches and restaurants in Maui. Highly recommend!
We had a great stay! Stayed cool even without AC and loved hearing the crashing waves constantly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This condo was gorgeous! Comfortable king sized bed, had a couch, kitchen tools, silverware, shower tools, etc. And even in the closet were some leftover snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and an ice box. And the view from the lanai is absolutely breath-taking. I really felt like I was in paradise when I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and the ocean waves hitting the beach right outside this place. The neighborhood is much more lowkey than Lahaina or other resort-like cities, but with a car those are only a couple of miles away. There’s only an overhead fan and a plug-in fan, but the heat was manageable especially with wind. Only complaint was the response time from the owner was slow, and I never received checkout instructions. I just had to assume leaving the keys in the lockbox and putting all towels in the bathroom. Besides that, great deal!
Place is dated, but the view is amazing. Would totally stay here again

鍵のボックスが固くて開閉に苦労しましたが、それ以外はチェックインもアウトもスムーズにおこなえましした。
またこちらのお部屋に行きたいです。
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! The location is amazing right between some great snorkeling spots. The view is absolutely incredible. The property is well maintained and pool is awesome. The condo itself is very bare bones. We tried to make a Digiorno Pizza one night and realized although there is an oven; there aren’t oven mitts, a baking sheet or even a pizza cutter. We felt as if everything was very dated and lacked many supplies usually found in a VRBO. Also the TV stopped working halfway through (which didn’t bother us too much).. It seemed to be being replaced as we checked out. Overall, worth the location.
It was a nice ocean view studio apartment in a resort.
We loved the views, we were so close to the ocean and saw turtles swimming right there out front! We never tried the pool. Check in and parking was simple. There was 2 keys provided which was nice, we kept one in the lock box in case we lost the one we were carrying around. We loved the proximity to everything around the town. Balcony was very nice. Functional bathroom and kitchen. We were unsure if there was a washer/dryer somewhere in the building but we didn’t want to have to do that anyway and wait for our clothes so we just hand washed some stuff in the tub. The lawn chairs provided came in handy. Only would recommend you leave a cooler for guest to borrow too at the beach 🙂 We would come back 100% if we come back to Maui.
This stay was great, it had everything we needed. The only notable things were that the shower spills out of the curtain and gets all over the floor if you aren’t careful, it is easy to lock yourself out with the door, and there was construction next door that was really loud and not so peaceful when we were resting.
They provided shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of soap which was so nice! They also have beach chairs, snorkel gear, and a fishing rod! This would have been nice to know as we traveled with our snorkel gear.
There is only a ceiling fan so it got a little warm but it was fine having just opened the screen door to the patio to help cool it down. It had a big bed and a couch with a TV that you are able to log into! I loved that there were a few restaurants and markets across the street! The view was stunning and I would stay here again!
C’est un bel appartement, avec vue sur la mer, bien aménagé et bien situé.
Toutefois il vous faudra une voiture pour vous y rendre car les bus locaux ne prennent pas à bord les grosses valises en soutes.
Toutes les commodités ( épicieries, restaurants, bars, commerces etc…) sont à proximité du logement et les accès sont facile.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous vous recommandons cet appartement

Very nice clean and quiet and safe
The location is perfect. The view is the best for the price. We have stayed at Valley Isle many times. The weather was perfect, 1 hour of mist and 3 weeks of 85 degrees and sunny. The unit was very outdated and had a minimum of dishes and cutlery, so we had to wash the dishes everyday. Other than that it was OK.

Amazing views. Small beach is great. If you plan to go further out, bring beach shoes as it gets rocky/coral reefy. Room was basic but functional and clean. Be sure and check your vehicle in at the kiosk at the front desk if arriving after hours. Short drive to Kaanapali beaches and attractions.
Location was beautiful and just what we were looking for because not only was it right on the beach but it was far enough away from the big resorts that gave it a local(ish) feel. We had the luxury of walking distance coffee in the morning and a convenience store across the street. The hallways were extremely windy so we had to be extra careful with the outside door but it was nice to listen to the waves and wind at night. We had plenty of towels. The place had beach things to use like chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear but some of it is worn down like the umbrellas that had been windblown. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. It was romantic and simple.
Exceeded all expectations—there is truly nowhere better to stay! Beautiful view, adorable room, and awesome service. The parking is included at the resort, which was super convenient for our rental car. I appreciate the owners leaving beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use as well.
The view from your lanai is beautiful. We saw turtles every day in the water! The location is great as it is a quick drive to Napili, whalers village, and great places for food (captain jacks next door) .The condo staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking. However, this place could use a really good deep clean and replacement of a few items. For example, the fans were so dusty and dirty, I spent 20 mins cleaning the one next to the bed and let’s be real, a replacement fan.. 20 bucks. There is beach equipment but only 1 good chair and the rest of the items were rusty, dusty and grimy. We ended up just renting an extra chair and umbrella from boss frogs. We had constant bugs ( I think
ants) in the kitchen. It’s a tropical place so I wasn’t surprised but they could be managed better. All and all… If you’re not going to be spending much time in the room and don’t mind sub par cleanliness, then this is your place!
Séjour parfait ! La vue est tout simplement spectaculaire. L’appartement est extrêmement bien équipé : nous avons pu cuisiner tous les jours car il ne manque absolument rien. Tout était propre et impeccable. Rien à redire, c’est de loin notre meilleure expérience Airbnb. Un grand merci a Mahalo pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !
Location is awesome with a beautiful view. Only bummer was upon arrival I was not given the code for the key lock box. Whenever they responded they said they sent it to me in the email. Every time I looked in my email it says to contact them for the code. Was never given the code until I was finally able to contact them over the phone. Amazing place but make sure you get a code for the key beforehand.

Met our expectations for a fantastic ocean view! The room was comfortable, had plenty of towels and linens and pillows. Kitchenette could be stocked better with basics like cooking oil, salt, and sugar. Having the two box fans as well as the ocean breeze from the sliding door kept us cool and comfy for sleeping! The pool area and grounds were clean and aesthetic. Overall, a great experience and good value!
We loved the location and being right on the ocean. If you are looking for remodeled, brand new appliances, high end – this is not the place for you. I would consider this a value option – great value based on location. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our 3-night stay.

The only thing is, it can be hot in the room at night even if it’s cooled off a little and there is only one ceiling fan. They have another fan in the room but it didn’t work, and they have 2 box fans in the closet but one is broken and the other is filthy

The view is unmatched. While the place itself is quite dated, the convenience of the place made it worth it. Easy parking, close to beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants on the west side of the island. Felt very safe the whole time. Size of the area was just enough for 2 people. We thought not having a/c would be an issue but the wind (watch for birds, they like to sneak in lol) and fans were enough to cool us down (we rented end of May). Would definitely recommend and will book the place again in the future.

These people thought of everything when I arrived. It’s like they had so much more than I realize. The only issue I’ve had (no fault of theirs) was that the unit was too hot at night and leaving the lanai door open would drew in a bird so it wasn’t worth taking the risk. However, I love standing in the hallway, which is a complete wind tunnel!! Maybe next time I’ll buy a small fan, lol. This place is worth the money, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
Got a good deal. Fan and coffee maker didn’t work and they dropped off new ones when I asked but just in boxes still. Simple check in and out. Great location. Nice that’s ocean view but pretty dingy room.
