It all began in 1985 when Ron Coronado first set foot on Maui’s enchanting shores. Seduced by the mesmerizing beaches, sunsets, and the island’s alluring charm, Ron established a bond with the land and its vibrant community. By 1987, inspired by the beauty surrounding him, Ron started sharing this slice of paradise, renting out his oceanfront condo and laying the foundation for what would become a foundation for a great vacation rental company, Hawaii Vacation Condos Inc.

From Ron’s first condo, our venture has expanded to manage over 1400 properties, each selected for its unique charm and ability to provide an authentic Maui experience. Our diverse range in locales like Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina caters to various preferences, ensuring that we have the perfect spot for every guest, whether they seek simple comforts or indulgent luxury.
