You can see turtles everyday from the balcony by the ocean which was worth the stay all together. We were worried about no A/C but there is a cross breeze from the ocean which helped. Would definitely stay here again!
Had a great time, convenient location next to a nice beach. Apartment was a little dusty. but overall would recommend.

It’s an okay stay. Location is great, nice and quiet with ocean view.
That’s the only bonus of this location.
Some of things to consider when staying, there is no AC at this location and this was communicated before.
However, AC is still needed and we visited in August.
We also experienced bug bites and bugs coming in due to having to open the screen doors for breeze.
Cleaning crew does not come in daily to clean the place so you have to be mindful of that.
The bathroom is really small and stains on the front door.
Lastly, the ceiling has webs that you see lingering when laying down on the bed which can be annoying.
Over all, if you want a plan with a view and won’t be spending time in the room then it’s an alright place.
Aussicht war unbezahlbar und hat über kleine Mängel hinweg geholfen. das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso die Küche. An der Decke hat sich leider der Staub vom Decken Ventilator abgesetzt, das war nicht so schön anzusehen. Im Großen und Ganzen war es sehr OK. Parkplatz vor der Türe, Strand Utensilien standen auch zur Verfügung . Uns hat es gefallen… Nur mit Mietauto zu empfehlen.

Nice studio with great ocean view, but need some repair. Raised floor tiles in the kitchen can be traumatic.
Great view from the lanai. We enjoyed our coffee each morning from there and watched the whales. My only complaints are that our towels had stains on them, the ceiling needs cleaning, and there was only one bar stool. Other than that, it was a great studio.
Booked because the description of watching the turtles and whales from the 12th floor balcony. That did not disappoint. Did not miss A/C with the constant breeze
Schönes Apartment in der 12. Etage mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. Auf dem Balkon sitzend haben wir Schildkröten unten im Wasser beobachten können. Phänomenale Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang.
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr schön und nette Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist schon etwas älter, aber funktional. Einige Sachen hätten noch etwas sauberer sein können wie z.B. die Zimmerdecke.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Amazing stay! This place has everything you will need for accommodations, plus the view is amazing! Only concern is the bed comfort is low, pillows were hard and flat, plus the bed frame is broken (I think) as the centre of the bed sinks and causes both people to be pulled to the centre during sleep. But otherwise fantastic, 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
Best location ever! Walking distance to so much. Greatest view ever from the 12th floor, never seen so many turtles close to shore!
The view is incredible, walls are worn and stained, furniture is older and not updated. The location is good if you plan on staying around Lahaina and the resorts.
The location was beautiful and staff was helpful. However, the refrigerator had a foul smell and the door gets stuck. There were blood stains on the walls by the bathroom and the shower wasn’t very clean looking. The bed sheet covered an oddly stained mattress cover. Owners or staff should have spent more time detail cleaning for the money spent on the unit.
