We had a great three day stay. The condo was exactly as described, clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was very nice with direct access to the beach. We had a wonderful time!
One the many things that interested me about this rental was the view! And it did not disappoint! The building is right on the beach- all you see is ocean (and turtles). The balcony is private and with the waves crashing if felt like we were the only ones there- if there was noise from other renters or anything, it was drowned out. The room as very clean, updated nicely, great water pressure in the shower, super comfy bed and pillows. it’s a studio- so on the smaller side but exactly what we needed. The building staff was very nice and helpful, and the property was very quite, clean and beautifully landscaped. The building is also accessible to restaurants and awesome snorkeling, just down the beach. Simply said- we had an amazing trip and would rent again.
Beautiful location. Everything was clean and close to shops and food. We saw a family of dolphins from our balcony and small sea turtles daily. Would definitely stay here again.
We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The views were amazing! Turtles morning and night and just a short walk to a Sandy beach! Perfection! We would walk about 2 miles each day down and back on the beach. Having the perfect place to snorkel right in front. Lots of stores, restaurants within walking distance was very convenient. My one and only complaint was the carpet in the living space. Not a fan of carpet and it looks like it has seen better days. Other than that we will definitely be back! Thank you
Condo #1103 is in desperate need of updating, from chair broken to missing window blinds to loose floor tiles and not to mention the disgusting carpet that needs replaced.
The only good thing about this condo was the Amazing view.
The bed was comfortable. The pictures shown online are not what to see when you arrive. We were very disappointed.
This studio at the Mahana was truly amazing. Loved being able to go out on the balcony to watch the turtles. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.
The view was you expect with sunsets included if it’s clear. You can see turtles in the water. The bed is comfortable The microwave is finicky to use, no ice maker and they added a toaster oven. Could use a newer TV. It’s only big enough for two people. We enjoyed it very much.
We loved our stay at this Maui Condo! Amazing view right off of the balcony. Could watch sea turtles and boats and every evening’s sunset on the Pacific Ocean. Great kitchen, great shower, and a beautiful pool and hot tub (and it was nice and hot!). We would definitely recommend this location and come back!
I think that this company may list different locations under the same or multiple postings. However, I stayed in the Mahana building at Ka’anapali.
The condo was a little outdated and the cleaning wasn’t great. For example, the sheets were stained a bit, the carpet needed a good vacuum or even replacement, and there was a sock from the previous tenant in the washer when I arrived. Not related to the cleanliness, there was a lizard in the bathroom despite this unit being on the 11th floor. After arrival I didn’t notice any others.
Otherwise, outside of the unit, the balcony was perfect. I didn’t spend much time on it and was at the pool and beach. The beach directly outside is a great snorkel spot. There is just a short walk to a more traditional sandy beach and a beach bar called Dukes. I rented a car and got around very easily to grocery and restaurants.
The location is beyond desirable and you can hear the waves from bed. Peaceful!

Unit has everything you need and some- a pool, hot tub, beach towel (available at the pool) beach front, waves, etc! Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. If you’re staying between December and April plan on eating your breakfast in the patio. Prime location for watching the whales.
This condo is worth it for the view alone, a sweeping vista of the Pacific and the islands of Lanai and Molokai, with whales (in March) and turtles swimming in the incredibly clear water. The condo is also very comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the property is beautifully maintained, with nice touches, such as a pair of binoculars for whale watching. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the pristine hot tub, which was cleaned and refilled every morning.
The unit above us was under construction with power tools everyday but the weekend. Other than that it was good. I have stayed there before. Great area
Great stay! Only downside was roof repairs so the A/C didn’t work. This was communicated about 3 months in advance so it was known before checking in. The wind from the ocean made the room cool so even if it is still out you should still make the reservation! Really close to great food trucks and an easy drive to the harbor for tours. The concierge in the lobby can answer any questions you may have about Maui and recommend great snorkeling and beach spots.
This stay is absolutely unforgettable. The oceanfront view was completely unobstructed, with an endless, infinite stretch of blue Pacific right in front of you. It honestly felt like being on a luxury cruise ship, except you had the comfort of your own beautiful space.
Waking up and falling asleep to that view was incredible. The location, the scenery, and the feeling of being surrounded by nothing but the endless ocean made this stay truly special. I could have spent hours just sitting there watching the waves. Absolutely breathtaking and a place I would happily return to!
