Condo #1103 is in desperate need of updating, from chair broken to missing window blinds to loose floor tiles and not to mention the disgusting carpet that needs replaced.
The only good thing about this condo was the Amazing view.
The bed was comfortable. The pictures shown online are not what to see when you arrive. We were very disappointed.
The view was you expect with sunsets included if it’s clear. You can see turtles in the water. The bed is comfortable The microwave is finicky to use, no ice maker and they added a toaster oven. Could use a newer TV. It’s only big enough for two people. We enjoyed it very much.
I think that this company may list different locations under the same or multiple postings. However, I stayed in the Mahana building at Ka’anapali.
The condo was a little outdated and the cleaning wasn’t great. For example, the sheets were stained a bit, the carpet needed a good vacuum or even replacement, and there was a sock from the previous tenant in the washer when I arrived. Not related to the cleanliness, there was a lizard in the bathroom despite this unit being on the 11th floor. After arrival I didn’t notice any others.
Otherwise, outside of the unit, the balcony was perfect. I didn’t spend much time on it and was at the pool and beach. The beach directly outside is a great snorkel spot. There is just a short walk to a more traditional sandy beach and a beach bar called Dukes. I rented a car and got around very easily to grocery and restaurants.
The location is beyond desirable and you can hear the waves from bed. Peaceful!

Unit has everything you need and some- a pool, hot tub, beach towel (available at the pool) beach front, waves, etc! Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. If you’re staying between December and April plan on eating your breakfast in the patio. Prime location for watching the whales.
This condo is worth it for the view alone, a sweeping vista of the Pacific and the islands of Lanai and Molokai, with whales (in March) and turtles swimming in the incredibly clear water. The condo is also very comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the property is beautifully maintained, with nice touches, such as a pair of binoculars for whale watching. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the pristine hot tub, which was cleaned and refilled every morning.
The unit above us was under construction with power tools everyday but the weekend. Other than that it was good. I have stayed there before. Great area
Great stay! Only downside was roof repairs so the A/C didn’t work. This was communicated about 3 months in advance so it was known before checking in. The wind from the ocean made the room cool so even if it is still out you should still make the reservation! Really close to great food trucks and an easy drive to the harbor for tours. The concierge in the lobby can answer any questions you may have about Maui and recommend great snorkeling and beach spots.
