The kitchen was updated with new appliances, renovated with granite counters, bamboo cabinets and a glass/stone back splash with turtle tiles handmade by an artist on Maui. The floor has tile throughout. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a stone pebble floor and granite countertops. A “Smart TV” allows you to access the internet and your Netflix account. Bring your CD’s from home and listen on the player provided and with your laptop surf Wi-Fi access for free. the place was great! you can’t beat the ocean front grass yard and private beach.
The place has a lot more amenities than they list. it was a bit frustrating because we purchased or rented a lot of things that we didn’t need to because they were already at the condo. such as scuba gear, a cooler and beach chairs. we didn’t need to bring our own, but I don’t recall seeing anywhere in the amenities that all of this would be provided.
only other thing I would recommend is the property should grab a good pair of binoculars for people to use. there were whales jumping in the ocean every single day but at quite a distance and most other condos had a pair of binoculars.
definitely would recommend and come back and stay here again
Our first time in Maui, and this place was the perfect spot, private beach, breathtaking views and whale watching from the patio, we absolutely loved it. Will definitely be returning!
This spot was perfect! Only downside was we couldn’t get the WiFi to work after a repair man came to the Airbnb. But really was an issue with the connection provider and not the host. Other than that this spot was a beautiful place
First day at the place, wrong Wi-Fi network provided to email initially, called the number in the email and asked for a Wi-Fi login and was told to reach out to owner. First day no Wi-Fi
Second day, the management team provided another network login, tried and didn’t work. Second day no Wi-Fi. Also the hair dryer can’t use at the shower outlet as smoke and burning smell when use. Text to report both issues.
Third day, the management team sent two people in to fix the issue. They provide a new net work name and Wi-Fi worked on the bird day. And they mentioned that they fix the plug outlet in the shower and could use hair dryer.
Fourth day, hair dryer used at the updated shower outlet, smoke came out the outlet and burning smell afterward. We stopped use the hair dryer and report the issue to Chase n rainbow.
Besides both issues during our stay, the private beach was the best!
