The bathroom which is downstairs features a tub/shower combo. The loft upstairs serves as a guest bedroom with a queen bed. Enjoy the 42″ wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room with DVD player. The master bedroom includes a wall mounted flat screen TV. The upstairs guest/loft bedroom sports a flat screen TV and DVD player. Ceiling fans and a window air conditioner in the living room help keep the condo cool. Condo features full size washer and dryer. Resort features 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, putting greens and plenty of gas BBQ’s to grill up the fresh catch of the day.

Amazing location, right next to a food truck park with like 10 or more different trucks, and also right next to a shopping area with the times and restaurants.
Ridiculous view from the balcony, directly in front of the ocean, see the sun setting and get to look at the straight between Lanai and Moloka’i!
The only downside is that the couch bed mattress in the upstairs loft is not that great, But I’m giving that feedback to the owner directly as well so hopefully an easy fix.

The condo was so cute! The balcony over looked the ocean, a perfect spot to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the whales! The added chairs, umbrella, sand toys, coolers and boogy board was just the extras we needed for a perfect trip with our kids!
We’ve stayed at Papakea for over 35 years. The grounds and property are always well maintained. This unit has been beautifully updated, decorated and outfitted…thank you to the owners for their thoughtful presentation. We will be back.
Wow! Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The second we walked through the front door our jaws dropped at the breathtaking views. It was so peaceful and relaxing to lay out on the balcony watching the ocean. We loved the easy open shutters to hear the ocean at night while sleeping. This condo was a perfect location for us- we were only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Kapalua and Ka’anapali. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice cookware. We spent several nights cooking in the kitchen and then eating on the balcony overlooking the sunsets. One of our favorite parts about this place were all of the little notes spread throughout with detailed notes about how to work the lights, fans, appliances etc. They were helpful and much appreciated. I would come back here again and again!!

I loved it! Beautiful place, right on the ocean! Was perfect for my friend group and I!
What can I be say but wow!!!! The condo was amazing literally from top to bottom. The view is to die for. We literally saw turtles and dolphins for the lanai 3 times. The pool is paradise with an amazing beach view with 6 bbq grills to cook up whatever you like . The property is extremely well maintained with tons of parking. Me and my family are extremely happy with everything about the property . The only bad part of our trip was the day we had to fly back home. We will definitely be staying at the condo again.

The lanai was amazing! We saw sea turtles and rays and enjoyed the sunsets.
Loved the 2 boogie boards, cooler, beach umbrella and beach chairs! And the kitchen was extremely well stocked and clean.

L407 was a fantastic location. Papakea resort fits our needs perfectly – well maintained, beautiful, mellow. The condo has lots of written directions throughout which we appreciated. You can tell that the owners take good care of the condo. We didn’t want to leave and plan to come back with more family members. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
FYI — two of the tall plastic glasses have cracks which are hard to notice. Just a heads up 🙂
The stay was perfect. Nicely equipped unit with everything our family needed for a week long stay. Wonderful views from the lanai and comfortable furnishings. Hearing the ocean at night was very restful. Easy check in and great communication. We highly recommend!
Awesome stay with my husband and in-laws, plenty of room for us and great amenities like laundry and fully stocked kitchen. As other reviewers have mentioned, the lanai is amazing and we too saw many turtles and even a couple whales from there. Wonderful location near many beaches great for snorkeling and walkable to the beach next door where I saw several more turtles! Would stay again in a heartbeat
