Visit our lovely 2nd floor vacation condo with wonderful ocean views in North Kaanapali. This condo features both bedrooms all on one floor. This completely remodeled unit has all brand new stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, floor to ceiling lanai doors, a new air conditioning system and new mattresses for the queen beds and twin bed. Upgrades as of May 2021 include a new Italian sofa bed, a new 65 inch TV in the living room and a new microwave over the stove to replace the counter top model. The guest bathroom features a stall shower, no tub. Condo features a full size washer and dryer. Resort features 2 pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts, putting greens and plenty of gas BBQ’s in the pool area to grill up the fresh catch of the day.

1. Kaanapali Beach – Black Rock Beach: generally calm conditions, excellent swimming, and snorkeling walking trail off the beach
2. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and large grassy area
3. Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables, and BBQ grills

We were a group of four and we stayed on this property from May 9 to May 15 th. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The condo was clean and location was what we loved the most. 2 mins walk to the beach. Peaceful location. Definitely recommend and will consider booking in the future.

Excellent location. Beautiful view. Easy check-in and checkout, No problem with parking. Most of the food and stuff is within walking distance. I highly recommend it for Families with kids.
We really loved our stay at the Papakea. Wonderful resort amenities with a spacious living area. Very happy that our unit K203 had all the beach supplies we could ask for (2 boogie boards, umbrella, 2 chairs, sand toys, etc.). We will definitely be back!

Positives:
Great amenities, and games, pool, jacuzzi, perfect for families. Has an AC. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops. Condo was well taken care of. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Host was very proactive, communicative, and professional.
Negatives:
Not the best beach so went a bit south near Kahekili Beach Park. Napili Beach is also a short drive. Has one mini-split AC in main living area and no vents throughout Condo. Could use an update with the AC and vents to ensure all rooms are properly ventilated at all times.
Our family really enjoyed staying here! Amenities were great for kids and it was centrally located. Would recommend!
Clean, essentials provided, comfy beds, pool and beach stones throw away and everyone in the complex was friendly and welcoming.
Great place, great location would come back
This condo is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. (Be sure to go to Papi’s Ohanna for a giant cinnamon roll!) The condo itself was easy to find and in good condition, and has a beautiful view and good pool area. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed for preparing meals. And there were lots of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas available for our use which was a nice surprise. The only complaint is that the king mattress is worn out. Also note that the A/C unit is located in the family room and does not cool the entire unit, but with fans it was comfortable at night. We would come again!
