The sunsets are stunningly beautiful. Directly I. Front of the balcony. The best located unit on the property as it is beachfront.

Unit was spacious. Nice to have the beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Loved the front lanai. The grounds were so green and beautiful. Centrally located. The whole family had a great time.
A/c units noisy, went on and off all nite waking us up. Difficult to operate.
I messaged 2 questions about the property and never got a reply.
Wonderful stay. Went to local beaches and towns. Always came back for the sunset. We had the best seat in the house on our balcony. Perfect for eat in meals. We would go there again. You could tell the host was family oriented with beach chairs and umbrellas and towels for the beach. The perfect vacation stay. The environment was the best.
We were blown away by the views from the lanai! The unit was clean and spacious. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. We were very pleased with this rental!
We were here during several days of rain but it was very comfortable to stay in the condo and enjoy the views! Condo is close to everything. Would stay here again!
Our family had a very nice stay at this condo. The views were incredible and we enjoyed the community feel of the complex. The pool was great for the kids in our group and we were close to lots of good restaurants. Walking on the beach out front and watching the sunset from the unit were some of our favorite parts. Renting from a service like this rather than a true host did feel less personable, but we to get help when we noticed a small repair that needed to be made.

This Unit is very well equipped in kitchen, beach chairs, towels, beach towels and lots of seating area inside and out. Our 3 generations from 78 to 11, had plenty of room to stretch out. WiFi worked well. Instructions for the TV would be very helpful or bring a 15 year old with you! Plus the views for winter sunset are spectacular! only 30 minutes from airport and Costco, 5 minutes from Safeway and restaurants. Works very well for family!
Beautiful property. We did have a few problems. Master bath shower leaked in unit below and it wasn’t operable during stay. New beautiful furniture. Nice to have extras like beach towels, chairs, toys. Live the stay.
Beautiful property, large 3 bed/3 bath condo at the very end of the building, closest to the beach, overlooking the ocean and the pool. 2 gorgeous balconies, off living room and primary bedroom. Kehei might not be the prettiest part of Maui but it is a great central location w/ access to everything.
The furniture in the livingroom is uncomfortable and a bit tired looking and the bedroom mattress could use a upgrade. Master bathroom fan did not work. But the location was terrific.
Sunsets and green grass and Beautiful Beaches
We loved the location of this property. It is spacious and has a great balcony. The place has great potential. It would be GREAT if it had newer living room furniture, bedding, pots and pans. The living room couches are worn and outdated. They aren’t very comfortable to sit on. The bedding is also very worn. The pots and pans were difficult to cook on because our food would stick to them, even with plenty of oil or butter. Overall, the place and facilities are great.
Lovely grounds and wonderful panoramic ocean views. Lanai was very spacious . One suggestion out there would be an elevated table and chairs so railings are not in your view when seated. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of living room seating ! A great place for families to stay!!

Exactly as advertised! Minor issue with the dishwasher but a repairman came out very quickly each time.
Location is beautiful, quiet and kitchen was well stocked. Host was responsive and flexible and gave recommendations for baby equipment rentals which was hugely appreciated.
Highly recommend and would definitely visit again!!

We loved our stay in A322. Plenty of space and all the things we needed. We booked it so that the adults had their own space and bathrooms, and it was perfect. The views were beautiful and the location is easy access to the whole island. We loved the fact that there was an elevator for our kiddo in a wheelchair, and we had plenty of room for all of his stuff.
We opened windows and screen doors, and with that we only turned on the AC a couple of times in July which is amazing because it’s usually full blast back home in Texas.
The kitchen is a bit tight, but perfect for breakfast, picnics or snacks meals. Leave the big meals to the great grills outside or the restaurants.
Also, great communication with the office. They were quick to answer all my questions.
We’d definitely book again. It was a wonderful place and stay!
It was a very convenient property with several ammenities and beach front access.
Mixed reviews, beautiful location and condo but with a few issues. Well equipped with what we needed, and in a nice quiet part of Kihei with absolutely amazing views. You do have to go to the office to gain access to the pools, which are closed shortly after checkin so limiting time there the first day. The ACs are all on timers, so they won’t run overnight, and needed to be cleaned.

As others wrote, the location is perfect. The apartment in general was nice and had plenty of room, but there were problems from the first day. I left 2 voice mails to ask for help but got no response. Followed that up with a 2nd phone call, but no response again. Not responding to questions/concerrns from the first day is unacceptable.
One of the bedroom TV’s didn’t work & we found out the service to it had been turned off. There were ants in the kitchen & though a minor complaint, we couldn’t use the safe as there are no instructions. There is no light on the lanai which is shame because it meant that we couldn’t eat outside.
The worst was that the AC is outdated and noisy and you actually had to turn it on EVERY HOUR which was terrible through the night.
This place could be so great if it was given a little more love & attention

Our group of four adults was a bit skeptical of the 1000 square feet size of this unit, but it was more than generous. The deck overlooking the grounds and ocean is a HUGE plus. The furniture was comfy, the beds were great, and it was super helpful to have a bath for each of the three bedrooms. We had no trouble finding parking in the large lot. The spice cabinet was well stocked (thanks!) We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever return to Maui.
The condo was just the right size for our family of 6. I especially enjoyed the total view of pool, couts, geean grass, palms, sand, ocean, an nightly sunsets.
Our family had the pleasure to stay at this awesome end unit for thanksgiving. Direct access to the beach and being able to watch the sun set from the balcony was our favorite part of the stay! Look forward to staying here again.

besides the small window air conditionersnthat where very loud and took a long time to cool down the larger rooms it was peaceful and accommodating.
all was easily accessible including the pool and the ocean beach.
access to grocery store and the city center was easy and short.
having a washer and dryer in the apartment was definitely a huge plus for us.
plenty of towels beddings and even beach chairs which we used a lot.
despite the fact that it took 2.5 days to repair a shower head because the communication through Airbnb was not responsive. after calling the company directly that was resolved within hours.

We had a fantastic stay at this Maui property. The ocean view was exactly as advertised—absolutely stunning and peaceful. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The property offers great amenities, including tennis courts and a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for both kids and adults. The beach right in front of the unit was another highlight—clean, scenic, and easily accessible.
We did encounter a minor issue getting the pool keys from the local management, but the owner handled it promptly and professionally, even offering compensation for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, the unit is comfortable and well-equipped, and the owner is responsive and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay in Maui.

Beautiful sunsets right from the living room. Excellent location.
We found this rental for our group of 7 adults to be just what we needed. Access to the beach was easy and a grocery store was only about a mile away. The unit had a nice balcony on the ocean side for morning coffee. The only hitch occurred when our plans changed and we needed to extend our stay an extra night. I messaged the host at 2:30 in the afternoon, but didn’t receive a confirmation until the next morning as we were packing to leave. The change in days was accepted, but a quicker response would have helped. Otherwise the facility itself was just what we needed.

My family had a wonderful time un Kihei. Overall, our stay in the condo was comfortable. Some problems found after agreement time frame listed to report. 1. The shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain in the master bath. The shower knob came off and needs to be tightened. 2. Small end table in the living room had a damaged leg. We didn’t notice it until we had to mive it for cleaning. 3. Cleaning supplies weren’t available in the condo. We dis our best with what we had. Thank you.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The view from the balcony was excellent for whale watching. The resort had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: You have to keep turning on the timer for the air conditioner. The main room wasn’t an issue it’s the bedrooms
Beautiful views and lovely Airbnb. Was happy there was beach towels, cooler, ball, and beach chair and umbrella available. Loved hearing the ocean at night.
We loved the location of the condo with the beautiful views of the ocean on two sides. The grounds around the condo were beautiful as well. We loved everything about the place. The only thing that could have been better is the beach was not the best swimming beach. The drive to the best beaches for swimming was just a short drive away.
