Maui Kaanapali Villas #B143 on the ground floor: Convenient ground floor garden view studio condo at the beautiful Maui Kaanapali Villas on Kaanapali Beach. Located in an excellent location in the Banyan Building with no stairs and the ability to walk right out your sliding patio door and enjoy the exotic, tropically landscaped grounds. Keep your preferred temperature in this captivating unit which features air-conditioning.
The tranquil living room area provides plenty of space to lounge in style, with plush furniture including a large sleeper sofa and for in-home entertainment, there is a large flatscreen television. The studio features a vibrant tropical theme with tasteful decor throughout.
For outdoor drinks and dining, the expansive private ground-floor lanai has a table and four chairs. Greet the day with morning coffee or wind down with sunset beverages as you gaze at the enchanting garden views. If you choose to dine or catch up on some work indoors, there is a table with seating for four.
Just off the main living space is the bedroom with a plush king bed and a six-drawer dresser with ample space to unpack. If you need extra drawer space there is a mini-dresser with three drawers beneath the television.
The bright kitchen provides everyone with all the tools and necessities to prepare a gourmet meal. Stately white light brown cabinets, ornate brown tiling, and name-brand stainless-steel appliances including GE and Maytag include a stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, and a blender.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and plenty of space for toiletries. Complimentary artisanal toiletries and towels are provided to all our guests.
Additional conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi. On-site guests have access to two swimming pools and jacuzzi, a small gym, shuffleboard, an ocean view restaurant, a convenience store, and beach concessions &: rentals.
The resort collects a $35 Per Night + Taxes facility fee upon check-in which covers:

Enough space, location is good. Interior furniture, floor needs some updating
We figured we saved about $700 booking this stay at this location through Airbnb versus the other travel web sites. We wanted to stay at this resort and have a kitchen and this was perfect, would not think twice about doing it again. Definitely enjoyed being on the ground floor, was surprised how quiet and peaceful it was and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Die Unterkunft war sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Schöne Einrichtung, keine abgewohnten Möbel und saubere Handtücher. Leider hatten wir die kleinen Kakerlaken ( deutsche Kakerlaken) in der Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber hat auf Fotos schnell reagiert und Fällen gegen Schädlinge aufgestellt. Die Info war, Kakerlaken seien üblich. Wie waren auf 4 Inseln und hatten nur dort auf Maui das Kakerlaken Problem. Ohne Kakerlaken wären wir absolut zufrieden gewesen, so hat man sich nicht ganz wohl gefühlt. Auch die Küche und den Kühlschrank haben wir nicht für Nahrungsmittel nutzen wollen wegen Kakerlaken. Es wäre gut, stärkere vorbeugende Maßnahmen gegen Schädlinge anzuwenden, so haben wir es bei anderen Unterkünften erlebt. Es waren täglich mindestens 5 Kakerlaken auch nach den Schädlingsfallen. Die Lage war sehr sehr gut und wir konnten zum Glück viel unterwegs sein und wenig auf dem Zimmer.
We had a lovely time staying at the Villas! The quiet atmosphere on the property was peaceful compared to the mega-resorts in the surrounding area. It was a hidden gem! The condo had everything we could have asked for and the property featured awesome pools, a great beach, and a restaurant/bar.
The suite was exactly what we were expecting. It was in a great location and had a nice private patio with some trees for privacy and shade. I didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed to have everything although it was smaller than expected.
This condo is a great place to stay for the price. It’s right on Kaanapali beach near all the big resorts. The beach is the great for relaxing and swimming. Also, there are great snorkels spots nearby. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use in the unit. As well, the lobby provides fresh beach towels and coffee every morning. The restaurant/bar on the property is very convenient.
The only con is the bathroom is little grody and has weird stains on the walls. It can definitely use an update and deep cleaning.
Great location right next to the beach. 2 pools to choose from close to apartment. On site shuffle board, grilling, restaurant, cornhole and more. Apartment had pool noodles, beach toys, and cooler to borrow. On site laundry. Clean, spacious, and amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Kaanapali, right by one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. The location is perfect – a peaceful residential area, yet just steps away from the sea and some of the island’s most stunning spots. The accommodation was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom is a bit dated, but fully functional and didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Maui.

Photos are out of date (stains on the walls now) and the patio looks out into the main lobby of the hotel area next door. But for the price, great place to stay.
Place was as described in the description. Short walk to the beach through a walking path. Would stay here again.
Solid room – has what you need in a good location.
A few listing details were off: it is a hotel/resort checkin (not a keypad); an extra daily resort fee was required to checkin (in spite of listing assuring the price refkects all fees). Some resort amenities were broken.
Host was a responsive communicator and was flexible.
Read the fine print. when you arrive, you need to pay resort additional $275 for the week to park there and “resort fees”
The bathroom shower stall has no curtain only half wall so water rains out and soaks floor. Black mold in creases and grout because always wet.
This unit faces the main highway so road noise. There are many neighbors and doors dont shut easy so you hear slamming of doors at all times of night and day.
Overall beautiful outside space but everthing inside appears old. Dishwasher doesn’t work. High end grounds and outside is well kept. while I was there, they were cutting trees with chainsaws starting work at 7am and going throughout day. Not peaceful. Feels safe. Overall, I didn’t feel like it was worth the price i paid.
