Overall this is a good place to stay. Location is great.
The room itself could use some attention. Several lights did not work. The windows were dirty. Carpet is old and needs to be replaced. It’s possible that other rooms from the same manager are in better condition.
Communication with the manager was hit and miss. It felt like everything was automated, which is fine. But much of the information was incorrect. The parking stall number was incorrect. The wifi password was incorrect. There were no checkout instructions.
Ultimately these things aren’t a big deal for me, but may be of concern to other guests.
Martin was a wonderful guest. We hope they come back next year for another memorable vacation!
Very responsive service. The area was at. A great central place where restaurants were at a walking distance and so was the beach! Quiet and peaceful. However, there was some food left in the microwave and the washer and dryer had a sign where it describes it stopping mid-wash. Bed was comfortable and the room did provide plenty of towels.

Very nice, the same like on the picture. From balcony you can see ocean 🌊 and also near the ocean. I just don’t use a kitchen, because near a lot restaurants.

We bad stayed at Maui Banyan complex many times. Most units have a tile floor which is easy to maintain cleanliness specially for a beach property. The carpeting surprised me , it was very dirty, got my feet black just walking on it for half hour so i kept my slippers on the whole time. Also three different days, three different cockroaches on the kitchen counters in the morning, and last day on the laundry machine. I hid them from my daughter as i know she would not have reacted well. We did not leave food on the counters.
The towels and the sheets were clean but the shower floor was grimy needed to be washed when we got in. I think the place needs to be sprayed for roaches and the carpeting needs to be replaces with a hard surface for cleanliness.
