Great place worth of staying. Please note that f you’re planning to stay without swimming in the beach it’s perfect because you can’t swim on this beach it’s very mellow and dirty. Otherwise it’s perfect we love it

Check in was straightforward . Easy to find the building and unit. Mostly private beach view from the balcony . The inside of the condo needs an update . The windows do not close all the way and the AC can’t quite keep up. There’s also a 4 hr timer on the unit in the living room/kitchen. The room had curtains that did not block any light out. Sun out meant the whole room was bright . The kitchen had everything needed to make coffee and cook a meal. Balcony had a nice chair and table with a wonderful view of the beach. Overall good location and amenities. Just dated . Host was very responsive to questions .

Absolutely loved staying at Koa Lagoon, it was a close enough drive to get to everything you need, but also far enough away from the big crowds where you could go back and have privacy. Waking up to the view off of the balcony was my favorite part, it was absolutely breathtaking and if we are fortunate enough to return to Maui in the future, I almost guarantee we will be staying at Koa Lagoon if possible!

Great location, but this particular unit is not well kept. Large stains on couch and rugs. Ceiling fan installed upside down and doesnt look safe. AC poorly fitted to window. Tissue box had crumpled tissue shoved inside. Found sunglasses next to nightstand indicating it had not been cleaned. Oven backsplash is simply resting, not glued into place. Towels and linens were clean though. Easy check in. Private and peaceful. We stayed at another unit in the same complex directly afterwards and the difference was stark. Having a private beach is great, but this one is not so great for swimming. If we went to Maui again, we would go further south because this location is not walkable, except to the indian food next door. Overall disappointed for what we paid, but this unit could really shine if work was put into it.

The condo has a very beautiful view and is approximately 10 minutes from some amazing beaches in South Kihei. We didn’t go on the beach in front of the condo, but it looked pretty nice. The AC is a little weak, but it works. The faucet in the shower runs a little, but didn’t bother me. Some of the paint on the cabinets is chipping. The condo was clean and worth the price we paid.

You can’t beat waking up and falling asleep to the view and sound of the ocean. The overall grounds of KL are nice: safe and clean. 506 needs a great deal of TLC. Also could use a few more supplies in the kitchen. The biggest challenge is the microwave over the stove/oven. The bottom of the microwave is over my head: I am 5‘3“. I can barely reach it to use it. My mother cannot. But The condo is comfortable and safe.
