Pros: SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH. Beautiful grounds, close to shopping, gas, restaurants. Balcony was amazing, could see the water. King bed great, AC did the job, well decorated. Towels provided for shower and beach.
Cons: Couch wasnt the comfiest but got the job done. Kitchen had good number of cookware, but basically what you needed to get by. Unit had some wear and tear (sliding door balcony, front door kept slamming because hydrolytic spring was loose)

Overall good stay. It’s very close to a public beach, just down the hill and across the street (with pedestrian crosswalks) and the pools were convenient. Most guests did not respect the quiet zone area in the mornings (by elevator and trash disposal) which was right outside our bedroom window. The location did have beach chairs, umbrella, etc which was a huge plus!
