The place was great. We used the pool, the gym, the hot tub (loved that they had a separate adult hot tub that they kept at a higher temp), and it was an easy walk to the beaches across the street, an easy walk to the Lehei boat ramp for scuba, and walking to Fred’s for lunches was great to. It’s on the fourth floor, so can be a little warm when you check in, but once you figure out how to turn on the A/C it was great (you have to turn on the timer dial on the far wall first, then everybody works). Lehei is the perfect location to launch all your Maui adventures from also. We drove to the western region, the north region and part of the road to Hana also. We had two minor issues. First, the instructions say that you don’t need to check in, but actually you do. Otherwise, you won’t know the gate code to the pool and the main gate. And since there is construction at the back, you need the gate codes to get in. Not a big deal, more of just an FYI. Overall, Five Stars!

The condo is old and tired. Definitely in need of updates. Cable television does not work. Noisy. Far too expensive felt like I was significantly taken advantage of the price.
