Settle into your Hawaiian vacation in this easy-access, a ground-floor unit with golf course views on the Ka’anapali Golf course. There are some stairs only to this entrance-no elevators. Three stairs lead down to the living room and to the master bedroom. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, no tub.
Access to the spacious lanai is found off of the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy internet access. Walk from your condo to anywhere in the greater Kaanapali resort area. Whaler’s Shopping Village, Kaanapali Beach, and Black Rock with their abundant outdoor activities are just a short stroll away.
Effective September 01, 2022, Ka’anapali Royal’s resort fee and guest parking, structure will charge a flat rate of $154 per stay, payable at the resort, whether or not guests are parking a vehicle. The second vehicles (pending approval from the property) are an additional $154. Gas BBQs are available in the pool area. BBQ on the lanai is for owner use only. Gas BBQs in the pool area are available for guest use.

The condo we rented was in a great location. Unfortunately there were a couple of things that could be improved. The refrigerator constantly ran and leaked water all over the shelves. The door to the second bedroom didn’t latch properly. There were 3 propane tanks but all were empty. When we asked about the tanks we were told we couldn’t use the BBQ on the lanai only at the pool. The furniture could use some updates well.
We loved our stay! Great location, easy walk to Whalers Village and Kaanapali Beach which we made several times a day. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, and would book this location again.

The location was great- close to Kaanapali beach and fabulous snorkeling nearby. It was disappointing that the cleanup was not complete at our arrival- the floors were soaking wet inside and out, no outdoor mats were vacuumed or placed near the door, other rugs were left in bags in the closet. The reclining couch had not been vacuumed and there was a ton of dust and dirt on it . Our toilet leaked from the seal and we had to watch the plumber fix the leak. Our fridge leaked from the freezer into the fridge. You could see tape on door .Annoying to get 4 dishwasher pods for a six night stay and very few trash bags provided. For the amount you pay for cleaning you would think you would get your moneys worth. They expect you to take out the trash start the dishwasher (4 tablets for 6 days)and start washer yet they only provide two washes worth if laundry detergent.
Refund for cleaning fee?

This is a hidden gem. The photos and description are very generous. I actually wanted to extend a week because of this unit but it was already taken.
My stay at Kaanapali Royal Unit P101, managed by Chase ’N Rainbows, had pros and cons. The listing is mostly accurate, but the carpet shown in photos is now tile. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding was lacking. There’s an old-fashioned drip coffee maker; local Maui coffee, especially Vanilla Macadamia Nut, is a must-try.
Unfortunately, the floors were filthy upon arrival, taking four rounds of mopping to clean. Spiderwebs were in windows facing the lanai, and we found a cane spider in the master bedroom closet. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher are finicky but functional. Water pressure and hot water were excellent, and towels, though threadbare, were sufficient.
WiFi details were incorrect; we figured it out and updated the welcome book. The AC took two days to cool. There’s a $150 parking fee for a week+ stay. The front desk staff were kind, and the pool was nice.
The lanai offered a beautiful view, making it a lovely spot for sunsets. Our stay was pleasant overall.

Love staying in Ka’anapali. The host is quick to respond. We missed receiving details about having to also check in with the front desk when we arrived but the front desk was very understanding when we were checking out. The place is much bigger than what it seems like in the photos. Excellent setup. It would be helpful to be made aware that the place overlooks the temporary school that was set up after the Lahaina fire. Completely understand why it is there but a heads up would have been appreciated. The place is good value for money!
They were very nice and responsive whenever we had any questions (even if the answers were clearly posted and I didn’t see) they were still so nice and answered everything! The place itself was beautiful and in a great location! Both bedrooms had full bathrooms which was really nice and we had breakfast out in the patio everything it was beautiful!

Good location close to whalers village.
If I rated the place by itself. 5 star. Great location. Fantastic view. Close to the ocean. Place was nice and clean. The 1 star I would give them is communication. The dryer did not work. We texted like they demand. No response. Asked again next day no response. Going to the beach and swimming and not able to dry clothes was very inconvenient.
My family and I had a wonderful time there.
Love the house. Felt like home and we all had plenty of place to enjoy.

We had a great time in Hawaii. The weather this trip wasn’t the best, so we were glad to have such a nice place to hang out in. It was clean and very spacious for our group of 5. The Check in and check out processes were very simple and we loved the location near the Kaanapali Beach.
Airbnb was super cheap for where it was located. Beautiful view of sunset from the balcony, directly on the golf course. The house was a lot nicer than it appeared in the photos, and the photos are a little outdated. the fridge was leaky but it’s really no problem. Super short walking distance from whalers village and overall a great stay.
The place was very spacious and convenient.
Our stay as a family of 5 was great. The home is well equipped with kitchen gadgets. The linens were great.
Already talking about booking it again!
My Wife and I had a very nice time here. Right on the 16th hole Tee Box so it was fun watching the golfers Tee off. Ocean views from the patio, and out the master bedroom window. It is next to a school and can be a little noisy but we were up and out before 8am/9am so it didn’t bother us.

Great place, amazing location but very frustrating lack of communication from the host. We asked urgent parking question on Sunday afternoon, sent multiple messages on Monday too and didn’t hear from host until Tuesday – again us calling, not host replying. Meanwhile my car was about to be towed. That was super stressful.
