Great location and parking was pretty good. Many beaches close by and tons of restaurants and food trucks are walking distance and overall great location in the island
We loved this place and will definitely stay here when we come again. Beautiful condo and wonderful location. Didnt have to drive anywhere to go to the beach, shop or eat.
We stayed for three nights. The condo is clean and comfortable located right across the street from a very nice beach.
It’s dated but who cares!! You’re in HI. We had all the Anne kites we needed. AC units in living room and bedrooms we needed and kept us cool enough. It gets hot in there in afternoons.
Rental was not cleaned from previous renters when we arrived at 4pm. Contacted the rental company and they sent a housekeeper. When we pulled out the sofa sleeper it was sandy and completely broken. We were not able to get ahold of anyone that night(7pm) but housekeeper brought an airmattress the next afternoon. We were not compensated.
The apartment itself was as expected except the outlets and lights weren’t all working and the sliding door to the lanai was rough and loud as were the neighboring apartments. It sounded like thunder.
The neighborhood is friendly& safe. We surfed, snorkled, and enjoyed the island from a great location.
Had a great time with our stay in this property. The owner was really prompt in replying to me whenever I have some questions or needed confirmation on. We had exactly what we need in this unit during our stay. Good beds, AC is working good and two baths to accommodate us conveniently. Enough beach towels and chairs when going to the beach! On top of that it’s also near restaurants that’s just like a 10min walk from the unit. Truly amazing!
Decent place. Not overly fancy. Well located to explore the island. Nice you can walk places. Good amount of beach stuff to play with. Overall enjoyed our stay.
The property was clean, well maintained (except for a bulk or two that weren’t working), utilities and items of daily use were very well stocked (very thoughtfully done), location was great, WIFI worked really well, instructions from the property manager on check-in procedures were received well in advance (they didn’t leave any exit instructions though, something they should include going forward). Areas where they can should better are i) ensuring that all electricals are working fine and the instructions are clear (for example, we had to climb up a stool to switch the A/C in the living room on/off because we couldn’t locate any other switch), ii) the area around the entry door into the apartment should be cleaner. Overall, after figuring the system out in a couple of hours, we had a really good time at the place.

Everything we needed for a beach vacay was here. Beach towels, foldable beach chair backpacks, beach bag, cooler, snorkel gear etc.
Took my daughter, my sister and my daughters best friend here and we had a great time.
Great stay for the amount of people we had (4 adults and 2 children). Lots of space inside unit so no one bumped into each other, which was nice! Had a minor hiccup with the parking pass but the office staff helped get it situated. Overall, a good visit home!

We ran out of paper towels. Otherwise everything was stocked for our needs.
The building was old but once inside the unit it was just perfect. Everything we need were available. The unit was very comfortable. We are all easy to please and once we saw the cleanliness of the place we were good. We weren’t looking for star rated accommodation considering the money that we paid for two weeks stay. Reasonably priced. We certainly will recommend the place. Thanks!

Host accommodated us in a pinch, the place was clean, and the environment was peaceful
Positives: The view from the lanai was beautiful. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. The place was spotless and the beach chairs and snorkels were a huge plus. I loved how the surf rental was across the street and Maui gardens was right behind it. The host was super responsive and helpful.
Negatives: the light in the windows of the bedrooms were rough. I highly recommend investing in blackout curtains. I had read the reviews so I brought a blindfold and it was fine. The A/C was loud in the bedrooms but earplugs solved that problem and it was nice having the cool air. Construction was loud at 8am on but we were out by then anyway.

First, Matt the property manager is a great guy. This wonderful location is a nice central point to do all the tours. Wish we had brought the kids because there was tons of room for them. The apartment is incredibly well equipped. Location is perfect for nice strolls on S. Kihei rd and close to really nice beaches. Would highly recommend

Outside light out. Had to use cell phone to see keypad; bedroom doors didn’t latch; air conditioning in living room worthless; took multiple flushes to evacuate toilet in master bath; front door screen won’t latch had to be locked; Bed very comfortable; ac in bedrooms worked great
Great location
Fairly standard Maui beach condo rental but the location couldn’t be beat! The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels were provided and even extra pillows. When the windows and doors were open, a strong but welcome Maui breeze flows through the space. While the view from the balcony wasn’t perfect, we were still able to see whales! Recommend bringing your binoculars!
