Grand Champions 108 is one of the finest one-bedroom two-bath luxury villas. Completely remodeled, this spacious villa will welcome you home from the beach in island style. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the ocean, surrounding lush greenery, and the Wailea Tennis Club perched from an elevated vantage point on the lanai. This light and bright corner villa also boasts vaulted ceilings with extra windows and lots of natural light providing a serene, relaxed vibe. Every room (including both baths) has at least one window so you can feel the cool tropical breeze and hear the birds sing. If you’re seeking a comfortable and private retreat, then this is the place for you. Grand Champions is tucked away in the heart of Wailea, and features two swimming pools. The family pool is a mere 55 steps away and the serenity pool is less than a two-minute walk. Each pool area has a spa, shower and two large gas barbecues.

The villa amenities are numerous. Enjoy coffee? You will love the new expresso machine and your morning coffee on the lanai. Don’t like to cart your golf clubs on vacation? Feel free to use a full set of clubs at the villa. Want to relax? Feel free to use the Wi-Fi or watch the 65” high definition TV. The unit is decorated with a contemporary flair accented with work by local Hawaiian artists. For extra guests, there is a queen sofa sleeper. The fully stocked kitchen boasts gorgeous quartz counter tops w/waterfall edge, granite sink, solid bamboo cabinets that complement the high-gloss cabinets & stainless steel appliances. Master bath floating vanity w/marble top, fully remodel showers with imported tiles and rainfall shower heads in both bathrooms. There are two Minka Koa Wood ceiling fans, AC in family and bedroom. There’s no need to over pack, the villa has a new Samsung full stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. There are 4 chairs for the bistro table on the lanai plus beach chairs, umbrella, and towels for your use on all of the beaches that await you! One private parking spot right outside unit and keyless entry to the unit make it a hassle-free stay.

The Grand Champions Villas are located in the heart of Wailea on the sunny south shore of Maui, with the least amount of rain and most amount of sunshine on the island! Wailea, a luxury resort and beach community, exudes a sense of privacy, serenity and freedom that feels like paradise. The villa is approximately a 5 minute drive to all the local beaches. Ulua and Wailea beaches are the two closest to our condo, both offering the best of Maui’s sun, sand, snorkeling, and beautiful calm waters for all ages. Both beaches provide free public parking. Ulua has been named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America, and Wailea Beach has been named one of the Top 10 Beaches in Hawaii. Less than 5 miles away is Big Beach, arguably the most beautiful beach in the state, and a small climb over an ancient lava flow brings you to Little Beach. Paradise awaits you!
