Our One Bedroom Corner 701 unit is spacious and well-appointed with a King Bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. There is seating arrangements for relaxing and dining. The whole unit was completely remodeled in November of 2023. You will find plenty of space to store your clothing and personal items. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. A flat screened TV, Blu-Ray Player and I-Pod docking station are there for your entertainment. An in-room telephone with answering machine is provided, as well as a secure safe with room to hold your laptop. Free wifi. Enjoy the cool comfort of central air conditioning, or open the windows and let the room fill with tropical ocean breezes. The very best benefit by far is the outstanding ocean view with the Islands of Lanai and Molokai as a backdrop.

Allen’s condo exceeded our expectations. It has been recently renovated and was tastefully done. The views are beyond description, to sit on the lania overlooking the ocean, while surfers are riding the waves. Made it difficult to leave. Staying here was truly a slice of paradise with
Apartamento amplo e bem iluminado com uma vista espetacular do mar e duas ilhas, onde você pode assistir ao pôr do sol. Há uma ótima praia ao lado do edifício, onde avistamos uma foca e uma tartaruga. A praia de Kaanapali é de fácil acesso através de uma porta na grade que cerca o estacionamento da praia. Black Rock fica a uma caminhada de 50 minutos, mas o caminho é bem urbanizado e cheio de restaurantes. Os eletrodomésticos e acabamentos são novos e funcionam bem. Foi uma ótima experiência!

We had an excellent stay! This unit is tastefully updated and comfortable. The view from the balcony is nothing short of amazing. We saw numerous whales both while eating breakfast and having happy hour before dinner! The location is convenient, close to a grocery store and other restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Maui!

My husband and I stayed with our two teenage sons. The property was in a great location and we could walk right down to the beach. We were also within walking distance of the food truck park and close to shops and eateries. The unit itself was lovely and very clean. Very relaxing!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Maui Kai. We absolutely love it. This unit was better than our last and absolutely stunning with the corner views. The only thing I would change about this unit would be a television in the bedroom. We just used our phone to watch things going to sleep. This turned out to not be a huge inconvenience. Again, 5 stars will definitely look for this unit next year.

We had a fantastic time! A great central location on the west side of Maui. Being so close to the ocean was so fun, we had some amazing interactions with turtles steps outside the condo!

Had a wonderful time! Sunset view was amazing!! No need to do sunset cruise- we’ve done it on our previous trip and sunset view from our balcony was amazing and unbelievable. Will definitely return.

The best thing about this rental, 701, is the balcony & the view! Right below you is the ocean and you can see the turtles. Also you can see dolphins & whales with the provided binoculars. You are right on the water. All the other hotels & buildings are set back from the beach. The location is great and everything is walkable. There is a nice grocery store across the street. The bed was very comfortable.
It is in an older, small condo building but this is nice because it is quiet & doesn’t have the commotion that the nearby hotels have. The condo is small & the pictures make it look bigger and more attractive than it is in person (which is common these days) but we would rent it again. We used the communal grill and it was clean and worked well.
Our only issues were that the freezer would freeze ice but didn’t keep frozen food frozen. Maybe this is a Hawaii issue. Also, the digital display on the thermostat wasn’t readable during the day but the AC worked well.

Fantastic location with an incredible view. Highly recommend staying here. We saw whales, turtles, and a monk seal! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, shave ice, and a supermarket.

Great location, amazing views, perfect sunset spot from your lanai.
The boardwalk right out of the building toward Black Rock Beach is great. The condo is perfect for 2 people and the corner unit is bright and very quiet.
The only small negative is the building, it’s old and very dated. The elevators, both, were not working randomly during our stay. Seven floors was alot with all our beach equipment, we were just happy we weren’t on the 10th floor. We spent so much time sight seeing that the dated building didn’t really bother us, loved the condo. We weren’t looking for a resort style stay.

The adorable and comfortable Condo exceeded our expectations. The Condo was a perfect size for my husband and I. We didn’t want the hustle and bustle of hotels and we could get our own breakfast or cook if we wanted. We could easily walk to other hotel properties and get a bit to eat or check out the surroundings. Our purpose was to relax and this is exactly was we did. The easy access to the water and the bonus of swimming with the Turtle and to see a Sea Turtle was awesome. I would recommend a chase lounge on the patio since that would have been nice to have fallen asleep listening to the waves. The wind was a bit crazy that we had to cancel our Kayak and snorkelling event; however Snorkel bobs came to the rescue and we were able to see some beautiful fish and coral. Thank you!!
The pictures of this place did not do justice! The view is breath taking. We could not have chose a better location for our first trip to Maui! We are still in awe of this air bnb. I would not have chosen anywhere else! Absolutely perfect! Check in was so smooth. Our flights were delayed, and we arrived around 2 am Hawai’i time. We had our name on the door with clear instructions right when you walked in. The lock box was right there, it opened so easily, and we just walked right up! Just fantastic. You can also go out back to the beach, turn left, and in about 2 minutes you are right at the famous Duke’s on the beach which has AMAZING breakfast! I highly recommend!

Great stay, highly recommend. We spent half our stay here then moved to the Westin Spa and Resort nearby. We wished that we stayed here the whole time! 10/10
