Headline: We had very relaxing days with my family of 8
Positive: I like the location, the unit was very clean, we felt like home. Walking distance to the beach was perfect, the unit had umbrellas, chairs, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything i needed.
Negative: the unit did not have pool or beach towels, we did not want to use the regular towels for the pool, extra dish soap could be nice to have.
The location was excellent, one of the best parts of our stay, easy walk to the beach, & the kids enjoyed spending time at the pool.
The main concern was the insects, particularly the cockroaches in the unit. During our stay, we saw several cockroaches coming out of the behind the stove, dishwasher, kitchen and bathroom sinks which was disappointing.
Another issue was the air conditioner in the living room never cooled properly. It only blew warm air throughout our stay, making that area uncomfortable.
We also had trouble with the door on the second to the last day because the door lock’s battery had died. Fortunately, the property management responded quickly during office hours and sent a locksmith right away the next day & the issue was resolved promptly.
Overall, aside from the cockroach & air conditioning issue, our stay was smooth. Great location, beach access, pool, responsive mngt made for an enjoyable trip, but the unit would benefit more from better pest control & maintenance
