The unit was very comfortable in a very nice complex, walking distance to a lovely beach and restaurants. The staff in the office of Kihei Akahi could not have been nicer. Our stay in the condo was very pleasant and I would recommend it.
David Moulaison was a wonderful guest. We hope they come back next year for another memorable vacation!
It’s a great location, close to everything. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed when we got there, they were very dirty. This place is a little funky and overpriced but Maui is amazing and all you really need is a place to crash. I would stay there again if I couldn’t find a better place.

we stayed here, having family 10 minutes away. the location is great, the room was perfect. we’ve stayed at other vrbos on the island, and we will be coming back here again. excellent home
The location is amazing. The condo was great (needed to request a 4th beach towel and have the toilet fixed). It would’ve been nice to have boogies boards (have had them in other condos in the same complex). The communication with the host was very disappointing. Only generic responses while asking questions and requesting another beach towel. Zero response to an email and 2 phone calls when inquiring about a late checkout. All we needed was a simple yes or no to our questions so we could plan accordingly.

Positive: The property and ambience of the location was amazing . The view from the balcony was just as good as watching the sunset from the beach. The beds were really comfortable and the many food utensils provided an excellence experience all around. The road to the property was very pretty as well and the many flowers around it were delightful to walk through.
Negative: I loved everything about the property and there were no complaints.
We love the location in Kihei, very close to great beaches and restaurants! This was a very clean, nice space that was an excellent home base for us for our trip. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and cooler to use! We loved having washer/dryer to use as well.
We were disappointed on arrival that there was not a hot tub as this was a listed amenity. Otherwise, we were happy with this rental.
